About us

Umetnički faktor is a unique project dedicated to promoting art and culture. Our team consists of experts and passionate lovers of history and art, united by the timeless inspiration they draw from cultural heritage. Our mission is to share inspiration, knowledge, and experiences with you.

Our tours are enhanced by extended gastronomic experiences, conceived as the perfect continuation of cultural content.

Additional activities include organizing cultural events, lectures, and panel discussions in collaboration with our partners. These events provide a platform for open dialogue, the exchange of ideas, and collective learning.

Our vision is to contribute to the long-term development of Belgrade’s cultural and tourist scene. We aim to create a positive image of our capital city, state, and society. Through collaboration with individuals and institutions, we strive to revive the magic of Belgrade and Serbia—a magic that endures and continues to inspire.

Dr. Jovana Milovanovic

Art historian and licensed tourist guide.

She is dedicated to research work in the field of art and visual culture of the 19th and first decades of the 20th century, as a scientific associate in the History of Art department of the Faculty of Philosophy in Belgrade.

She embedded her curiosity and inspiration for discovering and interpreting the past into the foundation of the project Umetnički faktor, aiming to bring art and culture closer to both foreigners and the local audience.

She is especially dedicated to designing unusual tours that combine different heritages such as artistic, architectural, hotel and gastronomic. Tours are tailored to different needs of clients from from private tours to company tours and team building .

You can get to know here better in the digital world, in the HistoryCast podcast , where she talks about the past and cultural heritage.

She would not want to live in a world without art, “she needs its sublimity and beauty as a counterbalance to the ordinariness of the world”.

Sonja Spikic

Master of Science in Organizational Sciences, marketing expert with over 13 years of corporate experience.

Her passion for art and the desire to make cultural content more accessible to a wider audience led her to our team, where she plays a key role in promoting and spreading awareness about Umetnički faktor.

She has a mission that our activities and content reach as many people as possible, with a strategic approach to communication, while also contributing creatively to designing the tours.

Although art is not her profession, it is her refuge, just like traveling and yoga. When she runs out of inspiration, her motto is “Paris is always a good idea”.

Mina Radovanovic
