PROMOTION OF THE SAINT SAVA'S BALL

In September 2024, in cooperation with the organization Sprski centar from Vienna, for the first time we organized the promotion of the Saint Sava Ball in the capital of our country.

The Svetosava Ball is the most prestigious gathering of the Serbian community in Vienna and one of the most important cultural events in the diaspora. It is part of the famous Viennese ball season and festivities dedicated to the Serbian saint and patron Saint Sava… The ball is held with elegant waltz melodies, complemented by the characteristic sounds of the violin and trumpet, creating a harmony of Austrian and Serbian musical traditions. The Svetosava Ball is not only a social event, but also a symbol of preservation of Serbian heritage, culture and identity in the diaspora.

The event promoting the Saint Sava Ball was held in the luxurious premises of the Aeroclub in Belgrade, an area with a rich history, where distinguished men and women of Belgrade once gathered.

The guests at the event were numerous figures from the public and cultural life of our country. With the sounds of a string quartet at a cocktail party, the upcoming ball was presented as well as opportunities for cooperation and participation in this prestigious event.

Saint Sava Ball 2025. will be held on the 31st. January 2025. in the monumental of the Hofburg Palace, the former imperial home of the Habsburg dynasty, which will once again be transformed into the center of glamor and tradition.
